2007 - Bachelor of Science, Nursing from University of Massachusetts at Amherst

I have a rich career as an Registered Nurse working with Oncology patients. My first four years beginning in 2007 were spent inpatient. I then transitioned to working in Outpatient Chemotherapy Infusion where I have been since 2011 - present.

2011 - Masters of Science, Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine from Finger Lakes School of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine

This was my first training within holistic healing. This was a 3 year program which also included a 3 week intensive study abroad in China where both Western and Eastern medicine are integrated within the healthcare system. Life took me in another direction, but I am grateful for what I learned about the body, holistic healing, Chinese herbal medicine, energy systems, and much more in this program.

2014 to Present - Oncology Certified Nurse

Experience providing nursing care to diverse types of cancer diagnoses, both solid tumor and blood cancers: Breast Cancer, Lung Cancer, Colon Cancer, Esophageal Cancer, Pancreatic Cancer, Prostate Cancer, Multiple Myeloma, Lymphoma. Being an Oncology Nurse has provided me with a wealth of experience in being present for others during a very difficult time in their lives. I am grateful for all of the patients I have served over the years, they truly are my teachers, and I carry this with me into my next phase as a Shamanic Healer.

2023 - Certified Shamanic Practitioner, completed Shamanic Healing & Medicine Wheel Training Program from Create Your Dreams Shamanic Training Institute

Beginning in 2022, I attended a year long Shamanic Practitioner training program where I learned various energy healing techniques. I studied with a Four Winds Society and Q’ero lineage trained Shaman and received the Munay-Ki Rites.
